The farm on 264 is a 24 acre property rich in history.

Bull

It was originally developed by George Cooley as a world class equestrian riding centre, which boasted (at the time)
one of the largest free span indoor riding arenas in the world.

Studio Set

The farm on 264 was first used for filming with the production of Black Beauty, and has come a long way since.

With the property under new ownership since 2005, the 44,000 sq ft indoor arena has now been converted into a state of the art soundstage/studio, and additional spaces on the property have been upgraded to accommodate filming needs of all kinds.

We have had numerous productions on site, ranging from TV series to full feature films.
